You Have Control offers a platform for delegates to hone in on their interpersonal approach and coaching skills in a pressured environment.

Through radio communications with an ‘ops’ room, participants will have to land a simulated flight safely whilst making all the associated decisions without having trained flight crew present in the cockpit.
