Air Emergency - a CASE STUDY
Critical Path Overview
This dynamic programme creates an opportunity for participants to examine critical decision making and resource management whilst integrating effective peer-to-peer coaching in pre-selected missions.
By analysing minute by minute accounts of real air incidents, participants will be challenged to identify breakdowns in the ‘critical path’ of that particular flight and explore what the outcomes of a different decision could have been by assuming roles within the simulation. The practical element is performed in full sized professional flight simulators.
The sobering reality that emerges from the range of aspects presented within the programme will create a forum for focussed discussion by the participants.

The virtual option of the Critical Path package is delivered online through the use of multiple cameras, live avatars (actual flight crew) and apps.
The cameras that are set up in our briefing and flight operations rooms, cockpit/s and cabin simulators. These cameras will closely capture the instruments and other elements critical to the operation of the flight.
For the practical element of the activity, our flight crew act as avatars to the delegates' instructions in order to complete the mission parameters using breakout room features.
One of our professional lead facilitators, who is also an experienced aviator, will present the event with the support of numerous support facilitators and crew.
*In certain instances an easy to download PTT (Push To Talk) app will used for additional live communications with the crew.

Recording Add-on
We offer an add-on option to create a video of your Critical Path session.
The video will be customised with post event inserts, visual and audio effects, your organisation's brand, highlights and key elements pertaining to the activity.
All editing and post production work is carried out in our multimedia studio.
