Overview

An exhilarating, popular energiser based on an 'extreme' sport with a difference. 

Led by our professional music facilitators, participants will engage in a relay contest of intense energy and collective determination to find out which team fastest hand and foot coordination at the event! 

We measure the speed by using specially designed counting machines and through numerous rhythm related challenges with drumsticks.

The event finale culminates in bursts of speed and quick turnarounds resulting in loud, energetic engagement and a show of physical endurance and mental agility.
